A strange mix of Godzilla, plant, and human DNA, Biollante starts life as sort of a mutant rose. However, after summoning Godzilla and having a short battle in which Biollante is hit multiple times with Godzilla's atomic breath, Biollante turns into the deformed shape shown of the right. More Godzilla than plant now, Biollante battles Godzilla to a stand still, than vaporizes into spores than reach into space.
